It is with deep regret that we write to you with the unfortunate news that we have taken the decision to postpone the Xpo.  With regards to your deposits etc these will be returned in full immediately.

This decision is not one that has been made lightly; whilst we had a fantastic number of initial enquiries and booking forms unfortunately due to the current financial climate and financial difficulty for many small companies, not all companies have been able to pay for their stalls, This has left us unable to launch the full advertising campaign, as promised, in January. Whilst we feel that stalls will fill and we could take the risk of backing the show ourselves, we have been closely monitoring local events and have conducted in-depth market research and have serious concerns about being able to guarantee foot-fall on the day, based on recent events.

The current financial trend has left many events unable to fulfill their ticket sales and despite large advertising budgets and good publicity many events are running with a hugely depleted audience. With this very clearly in the forefront of our minds we feel that it is unfair to run a show, take money from small businesses when we are not 100% sure that we can provide the promised sales opportunity and audience. In the current climate we are aware every penny counts for each and every business.
